Office Hours are Monday-Saturday 8AM until 6PM CST.
Sunday by appointment only. We respect Sunday as a day of rest and ask that you refrain from calling personal cell phones unless prior arrangements have been made.
Our answer recorder is on during all hours that the office is closed. We will ask your name and telephone number and when the best time is for you to receive a call back from us.
Personal Accountants are often times available by telephone other hours. Please discuss this with your Personal Accountant.
Much of the tax work being done is done during closed hours in order for the accountant to give total concentration to the accuracy of your work.

We accept Cash or bank drawn cashiers checks. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal online through our payment center. All online payments are done through the Paypal secure socket layer protection site for maximum security and privacy. We do not obtain your credit card information. Paypal is recognized as the worlds foremost leader in secure online payments and purchases. We strongly suggest using Paypal if you intend to purchase ANYTHING over the internet. Companies lacking integrity have been known to sell credit card information to other unscrupulous companies. We highly suggest dealing only with a bank. We only use Paypal when doing business on the internet.
Bookkeeping setup fee to establish your company in our system is $125.00. Monthly bookkeeping fees vary depending on the size of your account and the services included. All fees will be established at the time your account is setup in our system.
Consultation fee is 150.00 per hour- 15 minute minimum.
Telephone consultations will be billed at the same rate.
IRS and State Agency representation fees are billed at 178.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
If we travel to your location a gasoline surcharge will be billed at the rate of 20 cents per mile.
Extra copies of documents not including original tax reports and returns are billed at 25 cents per page.

These rates are established to offset the cost of doing business and are competetive in our present market. Payment must be made prior to the release or electronic filing of work we perform.
Source documents are returnable upon request from the client and will not be held for any reason. Your personal documents can only be released to the person named on those documents. We must have written authorization to release them to another individual. If you wish to have someone other than yourself pick up your documents, please call and we can fax you an authorization release form to sign and return.
